Benefits of becoming a Silicon East member gives you the opportunity to contribute to the knowledge and technology industry and add value to the business community. 

Silicon East is an industry member driven non profit association.  We work hard to provide our members value for their membership dues.

Membership List

 

Industry Member

An Industry Member is a company that produces an information technology or service product and whose livelihood is derived from the information technology sector. Industry Members are entitled to attend and vote at any Association meeting and to hold any office in the Association.

 

Agency Member

An Agency Member is a government agency or department, a crown corporation, an educational institution or another association.  They are invited to attend all regular meetings.

 

Associate Member

An Associate Member is an individual who does not produce an advanced technology service or product but its services are important to the Industry Membership and its livelihood is equally dependent on the information technology sector.  This category includes:

§          Accounting and Legal Professionals

§          High Tech Product and Service Distributors and Representatives

§           Recruiters, Marketers, Packaging, Printing Services, etc. 

§          A young entrepreneur who is a postsecondary student having interest in the information technology sector.

§          A person who is not eligible for other categories of memberships but has previously been involved in the information technology sector.
